Annual General Meeting

On the third Sunday each August Bike North holds its annual general meeting to comply with our constitution. All members are encouraged to attend the meeting which provides highlight reports by the President and the Treasurer along with annual awards. All members of the Executive retire during the meeting and a new Executive is chosen from nominations and voting at the meeting.

Any member interested in assisting Bike North as a member of the Executive should contact the President prior to the meeting to be given an information package and briefing to fully understand the roles and responsibilities of the various positions.

In 2022 the AGM will be held on Sunday 14 August at the Egret Pavilion at Olympic Park (near Victoria Ave Concord West.
