We ride via Gore Hill cycle path, quieter streets of Naremburn, Artarmon and Chatswood through Lane Cove River National Park. Enjoy the tranquility of the park and its wonderful bush and river views. Exit the park at the western end under De Burghs Bridge through streets of Macquarie Park and North Ryde to link with Shrimptons Creek and Epping Rd cycle paths returning to St Leonards.
The streets used are mostly quieter back streets but do involve some sections of arterial roads, so you need to be confident in traffic. Ascents are moderate or relatively short.
