Undulating ride along the Old Pacific Hwy to Calga and Somersby then downhill to West Gosford via back roads where we pick up the Point to Pelican Cycleway around Narara Ck & Brisbane Water to Woy Woy Station to catch a train back to Sydney. Optional stop for lunch at the Gnostic Manna Cafe near Woy Woy Station. Hills at own pace and regroups at the tops.

Generally light traffic but weekends see a lot of recreational motorbike riders (noisey) All on good roads but there are some sections of the Old Pacific Hwy without road shoulders and the road is frequently narrow. Bale out points at Cowan, Brooklyn and Gosford. Ride finishes at Woy Woy Station. The ride typically takes about 4 hrs to complete, including stops. Check Cityrail Timetable for train times back
