A scenic route through areas of varying land use in Sydney's outer rural region. Some short and undulating hills to test the legs. This ride is suited to riders seeking a longer distance and /or a more challenging terrain, without major climbing

Riders must be confident in riding in moderate levels of traffic. Riders please note that smoother tyres will be an advantage on the rural roads encountered on part of this ride.

In the warmer parst of the year, this ride will be quite hot. Riders must bring and consume plenty of water and sustenance durings these periods to maintain riding capability.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
