Summary : Scenic loop ride via Tower Reserve and the Parapet in Castlecrag, Harold Reid Reserve Middle Cove and Willis's Castle, returning through the tranquil Lane Cove River National Park.

Scenic loop ride via the Epping Road cycle path and Bicentennial Reserve to Castlecrag for distant views from Tower Reserve and samples of Walter Burley Griffin architecture from the Parapet. We then view upper reaches of Middle Harbour and Willis's Castle from Harold Reid Reserve Middle Cove. The route returns via the tranquillity of Lane Cove River National Park riding close to the river for the full length of the park and exiting by a quiet route to the Epping Road cycle Path. Mostly on quiet roads and cycle paths. Includes some short steep hills.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
