Summary : After climbing to Old Northern Road the route provides a couple of delightful descents to rejoin to the bottom of Glenhaven Road. Morning tea at Rouse Hill Town Centre and a gently undulating uphill return to the finish.

Castle Hill Heritage Park is at one of the most distant points along the Cattai Creek catchment. From the start we join Gilbert Road for the climb to Old Northern Road. This is followed by a couple of delightful descents to rejoin Cattai Creek at the bottom of Glenhaven Road.

Undulating roads along the urban fringes of Kellyville and Rouse Hill bring us to Rouse Hill Town Centre for a morning tea break. The return trip takes a gently undulating climb through Kellyville, Fred Caterson Reserve, and Castle Hill.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
