A ride on commute routes to the city from NW Sydney using routes on both sides of the harbour.

The ride travels from Epping via backstreets and cycle ways onto the Epping to Gore Hill cycleway, followed by backstreets on the lower North Shore through North Sydney for coffee by the harbour at Milson's Point.

Cross the bridge and through the City to head west via ANZAC bridge, Lillyfield, Five Dock and Concord before crossing the Parramamtta River for a gradual climb up to the finish.

This ride will be at a medium pace but with few regroups. The ride is mostly on roads with marked cycleroutes; some cyclepaths and some hills.

Riders should have confidence in handling a bike in some traffic , be familiar with gearing and climbing hills.

Keeping us COVID-safe:
- Pre-registration is compulsory
- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres must be maintained at all times
- Riders must not attend if sick, have cold or flu or flu-like symptoms, etc
- All riders are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer
- Registration for, and participation in, a Bike North activity includes consent for contact details from the ride log being provided for contact tracing purposes
- Riders must bring and wear a mask when NSW Health orders require (e.g. going into a coffee shop, toilets and on public transport & vehicular ferries).
