Ride with significant hills, mostly on back roads, through to the Spit, Balgowlah, Arabanoo Lookout, Manly harbour side to North Head and Old Man's Hat. Return via Manly surf side, Manly Vale, Balgowlah, Spit and back streets of Cremorne and Cammeray. Minimal regrouping.
