Wind your way along the Cooks River Cycle Path as we fly-by the airport, through the backstreets of Mascot before coffee at Fox Studios. Return via southern CBD, Pyrmont and ANZAC Bridges before cruise through Concord on our way back to the start. Some easy/medium hills on return leg.

With the Cooks River, Moore Park, and Anzac bridge, this ride provides an interesting journey for all competent bike riders, this ride is a longish ride. As such this ride is suitable for riders who are at least moderately fit. If run at a Steady pace, riders should have successfully and comfortably completed some easy rides or other medium rides. At a Moderate pace, riders should be fit and have completed other medium rides of a similar distance and pace.

The first half of the ride is almost completely flat and along off-road cycleways. After our coffee stop, the ride traverses the city centre. This is an opportunity for riders who wish to build confidence in traffic to ride in the safety of a group. Waving good-bye to the city is when the hills start. These are not big hills but, a good introduction to climbing.
