Short DescriptionRide via Turramurra to Bobbin Head, returning up the steep way to Mt Colah and back to Turramurra via Mt Colah and Hornsby.
Full DescriptionBobbin Head is located in the Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park in the North of Sydney. It is a popular weekend cycling destination so you will meet many other cyclists on the way, especially in the early morning. It is a peaceful place to visit and the smell of the bush makes a nice change from the smell of unleaded and diesel. The downhill from either Mt Colah or Turramurra is great fun, and the climb back up, though 4 or 5 km, is never steep, and always scenic.
