Of course to do this means we need to average at least 24km/hr over the xx km. Are you up to it? You will need to maintain about 35km/hr on the flatish parts, cycle the long hills at 16km/hr and the downhills over 50km/hr. With only a few regroups you'll be happy that the cue sheet is relatively simple to follow if you aren't up to the pace. There is a short coffee stop after the major hills are done so it is highly recommended you bring snacks and two water bottles.
