Membership Officer

The Membership Officer's duties include:

Receive notification of new and renewing members, and provide confirmation email or letter

Send renewal and reminder emails or letters.

Set up new Premium members who have joined through Cycling Australia.

Provide monthly report to executive, and new member names for vote to accept (or reject) new member applications.

Respond to member questions and problems, such as changing membership type, adding members to a family membership, changing email address.

Keep membership data current.

Some computer skills required, mainly navigating/negotiating the Bike North and the Cycling Australia membership systems.
